Homeowner Resources
Your go-to resource for life after move-in
Your relationship with Aspen Grey Homes doesn’t end when you receive the keys. Whether you need to submit a warranty request, have a question about your home, or want to refer a friend or family member, you’ll find the resources you need here.
-
We're happy to help. Contact our Customer Service team with your question and we'll either assist you directly or connect you with the appropriate resource.
-
Use the online Warranty Portal and provide as much information as possible about the issue, including its location and a description of what you are experiencing. Photos may also be helpful when the portal allows them. Once your request has been received, the warranty team can review it and provide next steps.
-
Your homeowner warranty documents outline what is covered, applicable warranty periods, homeowner maintenance responsibilities, and any exclusions. Review those materials first. If you believe the issue may qualify for warranty service, submit a request through the Warranty Portal and our team will review it.
-
Regularly changing your air filters helps your HVAC system operate efficiently and can improve indoor air quality. As a general rule, filters should be checked monthly and replaced as needed. Replacement frequency can vary depending on the type of filter, pets in the home, allergies, and how frequently your heating and cooling system operates.
-
Check your home's electrical panel to see whether a circuit breaker has tripped. A tripped breaker may appear between the ON and OFF positions. Move the breaker completely to OFF and then back to ON. You should also check nearby GFCI outlets, particularly in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and outdoor areas, to see if one needs to be reset. If the problem continues, contact Customer Service or submit a warranty request if applicable.
-
First, determine whether the problem affects one fixture or the entire home. If multiple fixtures are affected, check with your local water provider or municipality to see whether there is a temporary service disruption. If there is no reported disruption and the problem continues, contact Customer Service or submit a warranty request.
-
Utility interruptions are often related to the service provider rather than the home itself. Contact the appropriate utility company first to determine whether there is an outage or service issue in your area. If the provider confirms that service is operating normally and you believe the problem involves your home, contact us for assistance.
-
Like any home, a new home requires regular maintenance. This can include replacing HVAC filters, maintaining caulking and sealants, cleaning gutters and drains, monitoring irrigation systems, maintaining landscaping, checking smoke detectors, and following manufacturer recommendations for appliances and equipment. Your homeowner documents may include additional maintenance recommendations specific to your home.
-
Issues involving shared community property or neighborhood services may be handled by your homeowners association, property management company, municipality, or another service provider rather than [Builder Name]. Check your community information for the appropriate contact. If you're unsure who is responsible, our Customer Service team can help point you in the right direction.
